Security issues
Report vulnerabilities to [email protected]. We acknowledge within one business day and keep you informed until it is fixed. The full process is on the Security & Trust page.
Service status
During the beta we operate on a best-effort basis without a formal availability target; see the Terms of Service. Incidents are announced by email to affected customers.
Documentation
The blog has worked policy examples. Guides to verifying a receipt, writing a policy and integrating the permit call are not public yet, so ask us about any of them.
