Solutions · Lending and collections

Your collections agent can only propose. Let it settle.

The call ends with a plan the debtor can keep, inside the ladder your CRO signed, and the manager sees only what sits above the ceiling.

For Heads of collections, CROs and compliance at lenders and BNPL providers, collections agencies, and the vendors who sell them voice and chat agents.

Why it stalls

A voice agent answers every call on the first ring. Most of those calls still end the same way: the debtor asks for nine months instead of six, and the agent promises to pass the request to a colleague. The colleague reads the transcript the next morning, and by then the debtor has stopped answering.

The agent is not the problem. A lender's risk team cannot let software agree to a discount nobody has bounded. A prompt that says "never more than 15%" is a polite request to a model a stranger can talk round. So the plan waits for a person who was hired for the cases a person should decide.

Stategram moves the ladder out of the prompt and into a policy the CRO signs: the bands, the down payment, the instalments, the offers per debtor and the day's total concessions. Inside it, the agent agrees the plan on the call. Above the ceiling it asks the named manager, and nothing binds until they answer.

What the trust loop adds

Enforce your limits before money moves.

The ladder, enforced before the plan binds

Bands by balance, the discount ceiling, the down payment and the instalment window are rules the agent cannot talk past, whatever the debtor says.

Totals across every channel

Offers per debtor and the day's concessions are counted across the voice agent, the chat agent and the people in the back office.

A named manager above the ceiling

A plan above the ceiling waits for the manager the policy names, and nothing binds until they decide.

A receipt for every plan

Every bound plan carries a permit the lender's own system checks, so the lender never has to trust the vendor's logs.

An example policy

See the policy your risk owner signs.

An example written for this page, with round numbers. It uses only what the policy format has today, and it is not a customer's policy.

Inside the rules the agent acts alone. Above a line, the named person decides. Every change to the numbers is a new signed version.

How it connects
  • Through the vendor that runs your voice or chat agent. It integrates once, and every plan it binds carries a permit.
  • Direct, for your own automation and the people in the back office, under the same totals.
  • An agency that collects on your book works under the policy you sign.

How the trust loop works

What we can show today
  • Latvia's consumer protection authority wrote in October 2026 that a vendor's agent needs no licence of its own when the creditor's rules and systems make every decision. An expert's answer, not a ruling, and Latvia only.
  • CCD2 applies from 20 November 2026 and gives consumers a person's review of automated credit decisions.
  • A lender's settlement ladder, with bands, counters and a referral above the ceiling, runs end to end on the hosted release.
  • A permit takes 95 ms at p99 inside the region, so the check fits inside the call.
